In a quarterback yardage explosion, both the Jesuit Mauraders and Sheldon Huskies QB’s pulled out all the stops racking up nearly 1,300 yards in total offense showcasing a 60-49 Delta River League scorefest.

Jesuit quarterback Jason Elenberger dashed for 271 yards on just 9 carries with four TD’s rushing. He also completed 4 of 11 passes for 94 yards and one TD to complete a night with 365 yard in personal total offense.

Jesuit’s Beau Bisharat added another three touchdowns on the ground with just 6 carries for 122 yard, his longest a 60-yard dash. Ben Parietti was one of the workhorses in setting up those scores, rushing for 155 yards on 17 carries.
Sheldon quarterback Nolan Merker also racked up the yards, completing 15 of 30 passes for 265 yards in the air, with 17 carries for 56 yards on the ground for a total of 321 yards himself.
Both teams raced up and down the field, many times on breakaways of more than 50 yards each.
Jesuit is now 7-2 overall and 2-2 in the Delta River League. Sheldon is 3-6 overall, and 0-4 in league.
